I ordered a boxed set of DVDs as an 18th birthday present. They claim the order was shipped but the tracking number is bogus, there is no record of it in the postal system, and to date I have received nothing. I have sent numerous emails to the company and received no response whatsoever. This site is a complete rip-off.
