Ordered the complete series of Frasier DVD for $130.26 on 10/24. My account was posted on 10/30. It is 2/2 and I still have not received my order. I received an express mail tracking number about a month after my order, but there is no tracking status. I made several complaints on their website and email support. My first email support they responded that I will get my item soon. This was a birthday present for my boyfriend. I just ordered another Frasier DVD set from Amazon for about $33 dollars more and I know that I will get it sometime this week because they are reliable. Cheqoot is shadey. I will never order from them. I hope people read this. I will try to get my money back, but I doubt that they will even do that. Very disappointed customer. Do not trust this website.
