T took my Daughter, Law Student and myself, One week to tear down, rip apart, follow and dissect this RIchard Griffins behavior Security investigator of NBT Bankcorp. After losing my tiny purse wallet in Ohio after disputing unauthorized charges and fraud from Hertz and Budget on December 3rd and freezing my Account with supervisor teller Samantha at the Vestal Pkwy branch NY... Calling every day to see if this was put back in my account. Mr Griffin was constantly daily telling me that he had ten days since the 6th of december? Where did you get this date i said... He said this is the date we faxed you the final paper to sign to dispute this. I said, I signed the transaction report, told samantha to initial this as the start date. I went home with my daughter and spent day and night researching this and the 5 day regulation e rule applied to my situation, and then of course he had two days after the credit is made to tell me and notify me, which he did not do, he strung me along, closed my account on line, lied and told me they were working on it, but it was done as to detour me from seeing the activity of the credit. After the credit is made he still emailing me telling me it will done the december 18th!!! Then closes my account when I found out and confronted him. This Man actually allowed the provisional credit to be put back into my account of 2,400. O o on December 10 I reported the Dispute December 3rd, I get home and they had already taken 600 off my card and three days after the dispute on the Dec 3rd? On the 6th after the account is frozen and I am guar teed no one can get in this account? Hertz went in and took 1400! And the bank let it happen telling me I had overdraft protection, and I never had overdraft protection, they also had a frozen account and still let that happen. They had my dispute and still let budget take all that money, I faxed over receipt not contract and still Richard took all my money closed my account and took my on line account down on line so I could not see the provional Credit put back in on the tenth. This man continued to trick me lie to me when the entire time i had the credit and he is telling me, Kate, we cant credit your account until 18th of dec!!! And he knew it was already done. Then he makes a no tresspassing letter and sends it to the vestal police department! Becasue he knew that he credited the account and new I would find out and be angry so he sets me up tp be arrested! Knowing i would ger really angry... Now, while I in Ohio I call a bank line to report the card lost and they are not even OPEN THEY CLOSE AT 7PM DURING THE WEEK AND CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. So I cannot report anything and I go online and my account is froze. I did all I had to in reporting both Hertz and budget, call corporate, filing a complaint calling Ohio etc, Richard said he had to have exact paperwork and my contracts and I told the OCC and they said no you do not. He closed my account and kept me strung along the entire week without informing me I had a provisional credit. I get a letter from Susan at NTB and it states that my account has been credited.in shock because I just a email from RIchard telling me the provisionary credit would not be available until the 18th of December. He knew all along! Sick man. He is a crimal and all these complaints prove this. He did not give me 2 days after the provisionally credit was done, a 2DAY HEADS UP, He knew exactly what he was doing. He was setting me up! Because out of no where? I kept challenging him and he did not like it so he retailation HE KEPT IT A SECRET, WELL NO MORE..
