I ordered a boxed DVD set early November. It is now nearly mid December. They posted an email with my order number and a tracking number. It is now well past the estimated arrival date, and despite numerous emails to their support, no reply forthcoming. I have been on to Australia post with the tracking number, and they can't see it anywhere. Looks like $90 down the drain.
