When i first arrived to the register, i asked was this the correct line i was on; then the line was switched twice. When i got up to the register, a female name karen took my order. She already seem as though she had an attitude. After getting my order, my top to my drink was raggedy/half crumbled. Then when she gave me the sauces for the nuggets, they looked as though they had been dragged across the floor and two had a whole in it. When i asked her to change both she caught a serious attitude and when she returned my drink back to me, she slid it across the counter. When i spoke to a male manager i asked him was there someone over him, because he watched the whole thing and didn't say anything, he acted as though he did not understand what i was saying. Staff members there should be replaced or they should shut that mcdonald's down. I also felt that they were being racist.
