Today i went to Mcdonalds and placed an order through drive up. All i asked for was the 6piece nugget meal and an apple pie. They asked which drink i wanted with my meal i said sweet tea. With chipolle sauce for the nuggets. Well i was already in a rush, at the window when i drive up, they were not one, but two people at the window who were so busy laughing with each other i didn't think they knew i was there. Not a hello or anything!
Well low and behold i get my food and being in a rush, i just drive off. Well after pulling off just a few feet i realize after opening the bag, i had a ice cream sunday in the same back with two wraps! I turn aroubd and went back, already in a rush. I told the girl at the window they gave me someone elses's order. They looked at me as i was a fool. And very sarcastedly saying well which part did we for get! I said i have nothing i ordered, would you like the bag back? She looked at the other person saying "Lord give that woman her food!" As though i did them something wrong. I then said, Do you need my receipt, i had a 6 piece meal! With sweet tea and extra ice and an apple pie. Lord, i finally get it! When i pull off again, i get on the interstate to realize NO APPLE PIE! My drink was a coke! AND NO FRIES!
I was to much in a rush to go back. Now this was the same thing happen two me two months ago with another order, same place different worker. When i went back to say i got the wrong order, They had the nerve to say Well mam we don't know if you really ate some of it then came back around to get free food. The receipt showed i was was there at 8:03pm, it was 8:07 when i went back to tell them i had the wrong food. After i cut up so bad, Someone who was sweeping the floor inside came ask for my reciept and brought it in to them. Then he came out to APOLOGIZE! With my correct order. I promised never to go back to this Mcdonald again. But you know people say things out of anger, i went back today. It is closer to my house and figured what are the odds it will happen again? Well i still dnt have my apple pie or sweet tea either. And i forgot to say the first time it happened to me, they told me if i don't stop screaming they will call the police. No one ever asked for my receipt or to check my order until that guy came out to talk to me who was sweeping the floor.
