I went through the Bowmansdale, PA drive-thru and ordered a small mocha frappe for my wife. I repeated the order 3 times. When I received the drink it appeared watery. My wife, who was at home 3 miles from the store confirmed that it was not a frappe. I returned to the store and took the drink to the counter and ask for my $3.00 pack and a card for a free frappe to cover the gas for travel and my frustration. I was informed by the girl behind the counter that I ordered the wrong drink. She proceeded to ask for my receipt, which I informed her that I never got one. She than proceeded to tell a co-worker to make me another drink. I stated that I did not want another drink (at this point, I did not trust that I would actually get the right drink) that I simply wanted my money back. The girl then proceeded to say that I have an attitude and she was not going to give me my money back. She then walked away. When I asked the young man behind the counter for my money back he yelled back at me stating "You heard her, you're not getting your money back." My wife and children have eaten at this particular McDonald's hundreds of times over the years and my son was once an employee. It has, in the past, been a well managed store but if this is any indication of "new age management, " my family will not patronize McDonald's. I have never, as a customer been treated so badly over a $3.00 drink. And for $3.00 - this McDonald's has lost a customer for life.
