Add my name to the list of disgruntled DealDash customers. It took over 3 months to get the laptop I 'won' last September. The person I worked with was great BUT that level of service has now sunk to a low from which they cannot recover. 4 items I won or purchased were 'out of stock' and it took almost a month before they gave me the option of a gift card for far less than the items were worth or even more useless 'bids'. 7 items have not been received at all and all inquiries in regard to those items have been met with canned responses or none at all. DealDash used to be fun but now they are just another ripoff.
