When I first tried to used the spice mill that I purchased from HSN, I found that it would not open. I called WP Productions in early September since the item was still under warranty. I was told
that I would receive a replacement in about 6 weeks. I called 8 weeks later and was told I would be moved to the top of the list. After another call, I was told I would receive a replacement within 5 days. I have still not received anything.
