I have never been so frustrated as dealing with Dealdash. I have received 2 customer support emails back from Dealdash both of which they indicated they either did not understand the issue or they wanted to ignore the issue. Probably, I have emailed them at least 20 complaints. Their credit payment mechanism is terribly flawed and virtually forces you to use Paypal even though they offer alternative methods of payment.
As if trying to work out payment is not bad enough, at least 7 of the items I bid on are out of stock. DealDash is offering to replenish the bids or offer various gift cards but it is so frustrating after spending time bidding on items to have them out of stock.
Once my bids are used up, I will never contact them again. They have no phone number for customer service and do not reply adequately via email. Plus, they do not even stock the items being offered.
A bitter lesson.
