I ordered a product on December 7th and the money was taken out of my account on December 10th. I received a confirmation email of the order; but when I inquired on shipping status, on December 12th from my order number, I saw no a tracking id number which raised suspicions. I requested shipping status through an on-line ticket # and never got the promised response within 48 hours. There is a name Justin next to my expired tt#. Another complaint lists this name also from Bargin Room and supposedly got a fake DHL tracking # from a Justin. I believe I have been scammed and want my money refunded unless they show positive proof with a valid tracking # that my product has been shipped.
