I placed $134 order for generic Viagra on 11/10/03; after several weeks and no package arrival, I tried to look up my order status on-line, and I was not even in their system as having placed an order! Yet my credit card had the $134 charged on 11/10/03.
I sent a message to [email protected], and they replied that they had made an initial error in their shipping department, and that I would get my product very soon. After two more weeks, still no shipment arrived. Another e-mail request for status resulted in an apology for the delay, but my order would DEFINITELY ship on November 28, and a tracking number would be provided. I subsequently left all my phone numbers and requested that someone contact me ASAP.
Today is December 17, and I have neither the paid-for product, nor a shipping tracking number. This is true in spite of my patiently requesting it THREE more times since December 1. I have received no phone call or further e-mail response. I am getting no response at all, as if I didn't exist, and am wondering how I can get my money back, as Go-Generic Pharmacy is obviously a rip-off outfit.
