Ripoff, stole money, no shipping, no response, fake tracking numbe

I ordered from this site a week ago. I have written numerous emails asking for a valid shipping tracking number, wheni can expect my order, so on so on. After 4 days, no response, except a fake shipping number and he changed "so called status" of my shipping order.

However I have again emailed him about ten times, and hasnt responded, and my card is still charged.
