Like many others I made the fatal mistake of sending for a "free trial" of Sylk Skin & also Vitalyze. Something I NEVER do, buying from an unknown source over the internet. Two small envelopes duly arrived and payment was taken for the postage only, as agreed. I have not even opened the items as I am already part way through other products. Yesterday another envelope arrived, with another pot of Sylk Skin and an insignificant piece of paper showing a charge of $98.78. Having looked on this site I rang my credit card company to be advised that another amount had been taken in the sum of $99.78 which I assume must be for a further Vitalyze but which I have not received yet. Disturbingly, the money was taken by two different companies ABUNFIT and SL Body.com and the address at the top of this insignificant slip of paper is EVENING SKY, LLC in Florida. My credit card company have recommended I do not send the items back unless the supplier agrees to that but has confirmed that any further claims for payment will be rejected or dealt with by them. He says there are a whole bundle of companies involved in this "health products" scam and that they are dealing with complaints all the time. He also told me that the agreement with the company (I didn't see anything of the sort when I ordered the samples) is that you have the items on trial and have to return them within fourteen days if you do not wish to continue receiving them.
I am about to write to the company and send as securely as I am able and I shall return to my usual pessimistic nature and NEVER order in this way again.
