I sent for TRIAL samples of these skin products and authorised payment for postage of $4.75 for each product. One sample arrived the other I did not collect from the Post Office as there was a custom charge of £19.38 which I decided was not a viable payment for a FREE sample. I was horrifed when checking my Credit Card statement to find that two charges, one of £60.90 and another of £61.64 had been taken from my account. My credit card company have cancelled my card to ensure no further payments will be taken but apparently I am responsible as I have given this company my details. I gave them the details for payment of postage as stated but I did not authorise any further payments. I see from other complainants that I am not the only one who has been duped. What action can be taken to ensure a refund and to stop others from falling into the same trap?
