I ordered for a FREE TRIAL item of Sylk Skin cream and paid the nominal postage. My item arrived. I have since received a post office delivery note asking for an underpayment of £20.32 for a further item that I did not order. Fortunately, I came across this website and discovered the scam and got on to my creditcard company. They confirmed that the skin company had indeed set up a monthly subscription for unidentified amounts. I have blocked all further payments to the skin company and reported them.
