Purchased 6 theater tickets online from Song Entertainment 2. Did not receive actual tickets, received shoddy looking computer printed sheet, complained to American Express, could not get my money back, showed up at the theater and could not get in. Venue stated tickets were "refunded" and would not honor them. BEWARE, lost $1225 on these bogus "tickets"
