I purchased tickets for a concert in the orchestra left terrace and received tickets in the orchestra center much farther away that the tickets I purchased. No one will respond to my voice message or return emails. Also, the original purchase price was less than what they charged my account. The concert is five days away and i'm trying to get this issue reconciled as i would still like to attend the concert.
