Called day tickets for concert I wanted became available, was traveling, thought i called ticketmaster, but obviously I was mistaken... Got tickets with face value of 59, was charged for 84 dollar tickets.
Calling bank in morning to dispute charges, looked up Metro Entertainment, they have a LOT of BBB complaints for doing exactly this... Also someone else's name on the tickets they printed and sent me via fedex...
I thought I was dealing with ticketmaster, which is bad enough with service charges... Calling the venue first thing too... Not even sure these tickets are legitimate.
