We purchased tickets for the Lion King which played in Richmond, VA on March 09
Not knowing too much about online tickets we purchased the tickets from a company call Front Row Tickets. With a name like that how bad could the tickets be? It ends up the tickets were horrible (the very last row) in the theater and we were ripped off by the company regarding the price we paid. These tickets which we were told we're $39 tickets cost $89 each plus a service fee of $44 plus FedEx shipping. We were ripped off for these tickets that should have cost about $120 actually cost us $326.
A formal complaint has been mail to Front Row Tickets with copies going to rippedoff.com and the BBB We are demanding a refund of atleast $150 from Front Row Tickets due to the tickets face value and the seats being horrible (the last row in the theater)
