Went to what looked like Actual Orpheum Theater ticket sales in Omaha. Ticket pricing I thought was high but have not attended theater for awhile.
The price for the tickets on this website were $93.00 each, for what I thought was the Balcony section, 13.95 each for service fee and $15.00 for FedEx delivery.
When tickets arrived the face Value was $46.00 dollars and in the Gallery section not Balcony! I called Tickets in Time Online and they stated these were the seats and section ordered and they cant tell what i thought i saw on the website. When I asked what could be done they stated that they can't refund as they are a BROKER and do not refund.
The Web site shows seating sections not actual seats which is misleading at best when Balcony and Gallery both have a "G" section. The actual ticket sellers site that i have now found. Show the actual seats and sections are labeled different.
The actual Price on the official http://www.ticketomaha.com website could be purchased for $104.00 total for 2 tickets. $228.90 - $104.00 =$124.00 Over Payment. The Day before the event the same tickets on this website were $386.00 each. The term Ticket Broker is Accurate as they Broke my Entertainment Budget. Scalping comes to mind thou. I know I am not the 1st and unfortunately won't be the last to be taken by this TICKET BROKER...
