I sent them my Blackberry torch and used the promo code to get an additional 10 dollars for my phone. I received an e-mail stating that my payment has been processed. I gave them a month to receive my check and nothing came. I pulled up their website and clicked on the "chat with a live person" and spoke with a customer service rep, they told me that the check was probably lost in the mail. They would talk with the dispute dept. And get another check issued out to me. I waited again for 3 weeks, no check in mail. The next day I chatted with Jeffrey (CSR) and he informed me that another check would be issued. I tried getting a phone number from him and finally got the number, called it and the number was disconnected. This whole website is a lie and a waste of time, do not send your phone to them, they will not pay you.
