Hello Totem received my Galaxy phone on August 23. I've tried to contact them several times and call a 800 number Totem doesn't answer or they didn't return any of calls back. I also sent email. I even have two tickets #19327 & #19739. On October 2 I received mail stating my order got caught in the evaluation process in their system and it did not move the payment step. Totem went on to say and I quote, "Mistakes happen. Computer glitches happen. When we are informed of them, we fix them, like we did here, in your situation. Your check was issued October 2 and was mailed October 4." Today is October 22 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CHECK! Totem is BAD BUSINESS. If anyone is planning to send a device to Totem, DO NOT DO IT because THEY WILL keep your device and/or NOT send you any money.
