Dell is horrible! The worst company ever! You would think such a large company would care about their customers, but the DO NOT!!! I had someone make a very large order on my credit card. Im in day three of trying to resolve this. They seem to not care at all! I have been hung up on several times, transferred 15 different times, told different information by every department! I will never purchase anythign from dell or recommend their company! They could care less about us, and you do not even speak to people that you can understand. So they are trained to hand up on you. I hope Karma turns around and bites them where the sun doesn't shine! The issue still ins't resolved. I do not know what is worse the person that stole my credit card or Dell!
