DELL Customer Service is very bad! I called in with a memory card problem and I was transferred to (no lie because I counted) twenty-seven different reps... Each time the rep would ask me for my "Tag" # and what the problem was and then I was informed that I had the wrong department and they had to transfer me... Finally I gave up while being transferred to another customer "care" rep. The experience was a turn off and I will absolutely never ever purchase from DELL... DELL Stinks:- (
