I had someone still my credit card information and make a large purchase. I contacted them within hours of noticing the purchase on my account, and was hung up on several times transferred over 15 times, with now resolve to my issue. I am going on to day three now, and have been transferred three times, then told I need to email the fraud team, I can not call them directly, then transferred again, and was told by this team I had to call a different number, and they couldn't transfer me to that number and I have been on hold with that number for 79 minutes as of right now. Dell doesn't care about their customers, at all, they just want your money and could care less about the effects fraud may have on you and your family! I don't know who is worse Dell of the person who stole my credit card information! Im very upset!
