All i want is the internet service Time Warner Promised in Nov: 2012. Rep named Jack promised me 35Mbps no contract. I said yes and now a month later i'm getting 10Mbps. I just called back and they tell me there's no records of upgrades or Notes about the Promise. Now who the hell is Jack from Time Warner Cable promising me 35Mbps in Nov. 2012? I was promised $35 a month for Internet Service at 35Mbps. I knew it was too good to be true but Jack From Time Warner Cable said is true. I call back today Dec. 19 because my internet is at 7Mbps. Evan Jeffers reminds me i never was upgraded or see any notes about the 35Mbps Promise. Evan then promises me 20Mbps for 6 months and i'm getting 7Mbps. This is BullS* Time Warner...
