Hello, I placed this large order dec 8th. The order was split into two packages under the same address. The one package containing item #13394588 PLAY DOH SWEET SHOPPE CANDY CYCLONE PLAY SET was never delivered. When I called costumer service on Dec 19th. They said it was at my local post office in Franklin park because the address was undeliverable. First off it was the same address as the first part of the order that was delivered. Second I live in Westchester so it is not my local post office. She was going to try and send me another but said they are all sold out online. When I told the customer service rep that there are Toys r us stores closer to me then that post office she ordered an in store pick up. So the other order had to be refunded and another $30 had to be charged to my account. I was suppose to be able to pick up my order in store that day. Well I get an email saying that item is no longer in stock and that the order will be refunded. The problem is that is now $60 taken out of my account right before Christmas. I was told the refund does not happen for 7-14 days. I still do not have the one item my daughter asked for from santa. I called costumer service again and spoke to another customer service rep who basically told me should could not help me and got a supervisor named Dawson. Well in my experience with Dawson she seems incompetent as a supervisor. She told me it was the post office fault. The packages were split because they came from 2 different warehouses. If I ordered the items all together under the same address and got the first package how was the 2nd undeliverable? Apparently there was nothing Dawson could do. I have worked in costumer service for years and know there is a lot as a supervisor she could have done. For one tracked it down at a store near me and had them hold the item so I could get it. I was told from customer service that the item was sold out. However, I was able to call a local store near me who said they had an abundance of them!!! Dawson said the package I originally ordered was still in Franklin Park. I said I asked her for the tracking number and said if it is not there I will be contacting someone again about the issue. Well I called that post office and it is not there. So I will be writing a bad review every where I can about toys r us online. I too have worked in customer service for years and would have done a lot more to help find the item for the customer.
