Toy R Us did not deliver - even when it was in-stock

Ordered online - item was in stock - item was offered as an in-store pick-up same day. The next evening I get an email CANCELLING my order. No reason at all. Just before Christmas. Horrible customer service - bad service overall. I still have no idea why they cancelled - when I called they could not access my account. Shoddy - DO NOT TRUST!!!
