Sales department did not keep their word to credit lost points in the upgrade transaction - timeshare

Welk resort does not have a department for customer complaints. There is a system where you get passed along and nobody calls back. They convince you to buying their timeshare and upgrading by selling that the Welk family really cares for you and can be trusted. If Lawrence Welk was still alive, he would not tolerate it.
