Watch out for this snake, smooth talking salesman Pete Chumwong. He currently sells time shares at Welk. He also has a history of loan modifications (a shady business), real estate broker, credit fixing (also a shady business). He is known to have fraudulently deceived and convinced someone to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a property that he knew was no longer existing as a complete home&it had been burned down recently and he deceived that person by not revealing this information. He is a master story teller and has friends that can produce fake documents. He utilizes the typical salesman approach of manipulating your emotions and telling lies.
Do not believe anything he says... He is a salesman who looks out for himself to make money... Thats it. He is a dime a dozen of this ever growing type of person.
