We had to make an emergency trip to Southern California and had stayed at the Lawrence Welk San Diego Resort. The site looked like a booking site for Welk. We selected a 2 bedroom villa and once we gave them a credit card and they said they had confirmed a 1 bedroom. We immediately cancelled and they said no refund as Welk requires 30 days notice. This notice was not disclosed prior to booking. This would have been fine if they had booked the rooms we selected and they showed as being available for. We would recommend that you avoid this site entirely.
