I was told by Resort Resales that my timeshare would be listed for $99 and that a buyer was guaranteed within 9 months, or my money back.
Ten months later, Bill Ellis called and said that a buyer for our timeshare was found. To expedite the selling process, the $99 was returned (since it didn't sell within the 9 months), but the transaction was to begin with a one-time processing fee of $450. The timeshare was to be officially sold 1 month later (May). Bob Downey called to confirm that all wheels were in motion for the selling of the timeshare.
