This company is HORRIBLE!!! We called and set up our appointment, for November 29th. On OCTOBER 28th, they called to confirm the appointment for the next day and left a voice mail. I decided to just keep the appointment as it and got all the furniture moved the next morning. They were supposed to come between 11am and noon. He called at 10:30, again leaving a voice mail, telling me that he had rear ended someone and ruined the equipment in the back of the van (?!) I thought it sounded fishy, as he went on and on and just kept elaborating his story. It sounded fake. He told me to call to reschedule. I started calling the next day, all the numbers I could find (3) and he never answered. My husband and I both left messages at all numbers. He NEVER answered and NEVER called back, even after a month when I told him we would contact Living Social, leave negative reviews online and call the Des Monines IA Better Buisiness Bureau. Ken Landgrebe from New Way Dry Way Carpet Cleaning is a crook! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have found multiple complaints about this company online. Do not use this horrible company.
