I bought a Groupon on 6/6 for hardwood refinishing and made an earliest appointment available on 7/25. But these guys never showed on 7/25 and when checked the guys left a message that %u2018your appointment was on 7/23 and we were there%u2019.in fact we were at home all day and these guys never showed up either on 7/23 or 7/25 and never bothered to even call us or something to let%u2019s know. Anyways I called them again last week and made an appointment for today 8/3 at 1 PM. These guys showed up around 1.30 and just had a look and went out. I thought that they were bringing the stuff in but realized that they just left!!! I called the office about 10 times and left message and in fact called on the cell too several times and left messages to let me know as I was just waiting for them like fools at home! Around 4 PM this guys left message on my cell %u2018sorry we thought it was carpet cleaning and we didn%u2019t bring the hardwood cleaning stuff and I need to call to reschedule%u2019!!! Obviously I called Groupon for refund after wasting 2 whole days and a lots of my energy!!! My worst exeprience and you beware!!
