I make an appointment the carpet cleaner is a no show, then I clean them myself because I had moved all the furniture. Then I ask for a refund the vendor lies and says they contacted me, which they never even tried. And then Living Social will not give me a refund. They recommend I give it to someone else—why would I do that so a friend can move their furniture and have a no show. This was after I had to fight with Living Social to get a refund on a window washing service—they went out of business, phone disconnected and everything. After going around and around they finally gave me my $29 dollars so not worth it. If you're smart you'll realize the deals are too good to be true and you'll avoid Living Social.
