When you go to "transfer" your "other" carrier to Magic Jack, you are told there is a ONE TIME charge of $10. Then when you actually begin to do it, it says a "transfer fee" of $19.95 and and annual fee of $9.95. The "live" person said that the $10 is to change your MJ phone number to another MJ phone number. EXTREMELY deceptive, since this is under the heading "Transfer my Phone Number". And they go to the limit to defend this as ethical!
