I ordered this service 2 month ago.installation process went fine and the number is working, but only for outbound portion of the calls.in order for the incoming calls to work my phone number needs to be transferred from the old company to Magic jack and this transfer process is taking 2 month due to the 'wondefull' magic jack service. Be careful when you order this service
