I am having difficulty getting my existing number - 623-643-8587 - ported from NetTalk to Vonage. I have filled out the requisite internet form requesting the number to be transferred but NetTalk has twice refused the request stating that the address information (zip code) is not correct. I have reviewed the account information on NetTalk and it completely agrees with the information provided by Vonage.netTalk claims they cannot verify the information.
