I bought the nettalk duo due to their very cheap price. So, i transferred/ported my existing number from Vonage to nettalk. For initial 1-2 months, vonage had trouble releasing my number and nettalk will not help. So, i had to follow up with Vonage frequently. Then after 4-5 months, seems vonage released my number and now, nobody can call me. Everyone gets a message "number is disconnected or out of service". If you call the customer support, you would have to wait for 30 mins or 1 hr on the phone. If you email them, they would respond in 2-3 days.
Nettalk took $148 with taxes for 1 year of service up-front and its been approx 6 months now and nobody from India can call me.
I had called them couple of times already after spending hours on the phone just to speak to a Respresentative. I feel like I have been cheated..
