When you buy the Nettalk International Calling Plan they do not tell you that their plan works only on the capitals of most of those countries. You are NOT given any information other than you can call 60 countries. When you buy the plan, they tell you it is not refundable. When you have already paid and try to call, lets say, Maracay in Venezuela (a city of five million people), you cannot do it.
Nettalk International Calling Plan only lets you call to Caracas! The other 99% of the country you cannot call unless you pay Nettalk extra for the calls! No mention of the very limited scope of their plan is made upfront. I paid $138 for 11 months of service for nothing. I already have unlimited national calling in my cell phone plan, so the nearly $200 I spent on Nettalk device and International Calling Plan was a waste of $..
Other examples of cities are Medan in Indonesia. You can only call Jakarta, the capital. Do not buy. Their customer service sucks (very long waits to talk to a human), very short CS hours (9 to 5 only) and they do not refund your money even when they have mislead you. Buyer be aware!
