The Cardinal Pointe of Oakdale Cooperative has 55 units and is occupied with over 80% of residents who are 55 or older. The residents decided to switch phone services from Nettalk to Twin Cities Telecom and in order to make this possible, Nettalk needs to release and port the residents' existing phone numbers. For months, our management company has been attempting to work with Nettalk to get the numbers released and ported.nettalk has been reluctant to work with us and will not release and port the numbers, as promised.By not releasing and porting the numbers, residents continuously have dropped calls, have been unable to have inbound calls, they have constant echoing, etc. Most of the residents use their phone for contact with doctors, family, and friends. This has caused a lot of stress for us and for the residents of the Cooperative.
