I purchased a secret card technique present to get a grandchildis Jan birthday in Dec throughout the Holiday income. I had been unable to provide the present and visited return it on 2/5. Barnes & Noble wouldn't return the gift simply because they stated the timeframe had terminated to come back the present, i.E. 1/31/12; or might they provide me a shop credit-which I'd have happily accepted. They suggested the conditions for results was about the back of my bill. Does which means that I'd to first purchase the present to determine what their "results" process was? It isn't such as the present has gone out of day. Exactly the same item is likely to be available next Holiday.
I'll never purchase something from Barnes & Noble again.
