I required an alacarte (loose-leaf) edition of the book. CBR sent me the hardcover edition. After I named them, they stated they didn't possess the loose-leaf edition in-stock, however is allowed me to put my purchase. They didn't apologize. They didn't contact me to request basically needed the various edition, but delivered it anyway. Today I've to take some time out-of my hectic routine to come back the written text they submitted problem. Additionally, the guide was in horrible situation.
