I requested 2 publications from Barnes & Noble.com. Later I obtained a contact stating one guide was sold-out however they might deliver another. The guide never came to my postoffice package. After I examined my charge card statement, they'd OVERCHARGED me for that guide. I'd their mail using the quantity these were designed to cost me and attempted to challenge it. They responded the e-mail they delivered me was incorrect. And so I was overcharged to get a guide that never appeared plus they wont do something about this. Never use barnes and noble.com. I no further store in the shop both.
