Wrong order received

I received the incorrect order.

The deal I obtained had the right packaging slip however the products were incorrect.

I approached Barnes and Respectable customer support originally by email simply to obtain a reaction:

We obtained your current mail and apologize that people haven't answered.

We're experiencing extraordinarily large e-mail quantity, and need to make sure you that the issues are usually extremely important to us.

I subsequently named the telephone number suggested within their email reaction (at 1 800-THE-GUIDE (843-2665) simply to be placed on store for half an hour, responded by somebody plus they subsequently put up.

So that they are in possession of my cash and that I possess the incorrect products.

I'll never store at Barnes and Noble again.
