I created a corporation with Legalzoom and Have repeatedly contacted Legal Zoom cancel unauthorized services for over three months now. The customer service contact has never answered the phoneline provided, does not return phonecalls and has not taken any steps to resolve my issue. Legalzoom has charged over $700 of unauthorized charges at this point and still does not respond to my requests. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau today after this complaint.
