Used legal zoom a over a year ago to form an LLC and NOTHING else, over 12 months later I recieve a bank statement showing unauthoried account charges from legalzoom. I have not had any contact with this company in over a year! I never recieved a reciept either claiming these bogus charges. I had to call the 800 number and was told that they "defaulted" themselves to be my "registered agent" and that they will keep charging me this unless I pay to have it changed! Something I was never made aware of, and never would have chosen. This company is horrible to deal with and has no desire to correct the mistake instead claiming it was mine.
