Anyone else have a problem with the Santa Maria CA Walmart Pharmacy's check-out clerk? They have a few people working at checkout all the time but the hispanic older lady Lisa really has some nerve, extremely rude and unprofessional! She has shocked me on several occasions and I have put in several complaints with her manager. It was about 5 minutes before they were closing for lunch and I had come in to buy a box of Claritin D for my allergies, the younger cashier who was at the register was about to go grab the box for me but the mean clerk came over and said very loudly "We are closed, you have to come back in an hour if you want to get this!" It wasn't even time for them to close and this lady was yelling at me for no reason. Another time there was an insurance issue that I did not understand and when I asked her to repeat what happened she loudly and rudely started repeating everything in an annoyed tone and really embarrassed me since everyone behind me and at the nearby counter could clearly hear her. I was humiliated, she was screaming out my personal information which I'm sure is breaking patient privacy laws.in the end she turned out to be wrong after the pharmacist dealed with the issue and got my insurance to cover the medication. She should not be allowed to handle such issues if she has no idea what she's doing. I feel bad for the other pharmacy employees who have to work with her. I had been going to that pharmacy for years, but being treated disrespectfully every month for the last 6 months by this rude lady made me transfer all my prescriptions to a nearby Walgreens.
