I contacted LegalZoom regarding a charge for RA Services + Legal Forms that I did not authorize. My RA services have TWO MORE MONTHS before renewal yet they dropped a $399 charge on my debit card without my permission.
I've contacted them twice via their contact form. The first time was to ask why they turned my account over to collections when it wasn't in arrears. Their response was to charge me $399 instead of actually replying. It's a horrible business practice to blackmail your customers. Once I have disentangled myself from LegalZoom I will never use their service again. Small business owners BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
